44 years ago today, I saw my first concert! KISS a 44 years ago today, I saw my first concert! KISS at VFL Park, 1980. I was on the left side next to that light scaffolding. It was Australia’s biggest concert attendance for a single band at the time… 45,000 people. I remember so much of that day, and night before as we camped overnight to get good seats. #kiss #kissteria #kissmania #vflpark #melbourne #australia - Nine years later I was talking about this very show with Eric ‘The Fox’ Carr and he had so many fond memories of this gig which he ranked as one of his fave gigs. RIP Eric!
