44 years ago today, I saw my first concert! KISS a 44 years ago today, I saw my first concert! KISS at VFL Park, 1980. I was on the left side next to that light scaffolding. It was Australia’s biggest concert attendance for a single band at the time… 45,000 people. I remember so much of that day, and night before as we camped overnight to get good seats. #kiss #kissteria #kissmania #vflpark #melbourne #australia - Nine years later I was talking about this very show with Eric ‘The Fox’ Carr and he had so many fond memories of this gig which he ranked as one of his fave gigs.
