INFERNO HELLSAUCE – WARNING, THIS IS INSANELY HOT!Â
Our Inferno Chilli Sauce is loaded with Carolina Reapers (seeds included) along with Red Chillies (seeds included).  We leave the seeds in our sauce  as we firmly believe that the seeds give our sauce a lot more heat and a great kick.
Along with our chillies we have added chilli powder, onion, garlic, olive oil (from our very own olive grove), Roma tomatoes, organic apple cider vinegar, unsweetened apple juice, sea salt flakes, whole black peppercorns, a touch of caster sugar, and filtered water.  Our sea salt flakes and whole black peppercorns are milled by hand using a mortar and pestle to prevent the peppercorns from losing their flavour.
All our ingredients are all ethically sourced from sustainable farming, and all are organically grown and farmed.  We choose to make and purchase our organic ingredients as we are firm believers that sustainable fruit and vegetable farming has a huge impact upon our environment, our health, and the workers.  There is also a very limited use of fertilisers and pesticides.  In turn organic produce are grown without the use of any synthetic chemicals.
Our Inferno Hot HELLSAUCE is slow cooked for over 10 hours to make it as intense as we could possibly make it. Then it is milled by hand using a rotary food mill for the extra smooth consistency it takes hours to get this right.
The added unsweetened apple juice is to add a touch of sweetness in contrast to the salty and spiciness of the sauce.
Each and every bottle is hand poured so that sanitation and quality standards are met.
Suitable for vegans, vegetarians, keto, paleo, gastronomes, and lovers of chilli.  Not recommended for young children.  This sauce is not for the faint of heart.
- It would be recommended to place the bottle in the refrigerator once you have received it
- If you forget to refrigerate your hot sauce right away, that’s not a problem. Your hot sauce won’t immediately spoil. Just remember to keep it in the fridge moving forward. Once you’ve opened and put your sauce in the fridge, you can keep it in there for six months to a year – if you do not finish it before then.
PURGATORY HELLSAUCE – MILD HEAT!Â
Our Purgatory Chilli Sauce is a soft and mild hot sauce that is packed to the rafters with red chillies, chilli powder, onion, garlic, olive oil (from our very own olive grove), vine ripened tomatoes, organic apple cider vinegar, unsweetened apple juice, sea salt flakes, whole black peppercorns, a touch of caster sugar, and filtered water.
We leave the seeds in our sauce as we firmly believe that the seeds give our sauce more heat and a lovely gentle kick. The sea salt flakes and whole black peppercorns are milled by hand using a mortar and pestle to prevent the peppercorns from losing their flavour and giving our sauce a heavenly woody and earthy pepper flavour.

Our Purgatory Hot Sauce is slow cooked for 6 hours to make it hot yet smooth and soft as possible.  Slow cooking our sauce really brings out the flavours and makes this sauce bloom. Its sweet yet sour yet spicy, a contradiction to one’s senses.
It is milled by hand using a rotary food mill for the extra smooth consistency and it takes hours to get the right consistency.
The added unsweetened apple juice is to add a touch of sweetness in contrast to the salty and spiciness of the sauce.

Our Purgatory Sauce is delightful on chicken wings, a slight drizzle on salads, add it into dips, on raw vegetables like carrots and celery, spread some on toast and top with cheese before grilling, mix a few tablespoons with some cream cheese and add to your pasta dish, gorgeous on a piece of salmon , on fried rice, over steamed vegetables, in sandwiches, on pizza, on burgers, on meats before or after barbecuing/grilling. Infinite possibilities!
